Germany Customers Visit Our Factory

Because of the COVID epidemic outbreak control was released at the end of 2022, many foreign customers start to coming.

April 20, 2023, Hubei Yazhi welcomed our Germany order customer.

After more than a year of cooperation, both sides gained enough trust, and the customer arrived at Xiantao, Hubei for a comprehensive inspection of our 100,000 grade mask purification workshop.

The German client took QC on a full tour of our mask production line, from the raw material intake, inspection and storage environment, cleaning the workshop, machine and equipment maintenance records, workers operating the equipment, the packaging process, to the internal quality control standards and other comprehensive on-site inspection of our entire operation process. Our customers praised our good production environment and had confidence in our quality. In response, our General Manager, Mr Shawn, explained to the customer that it is our greatest motivation to keep our customers satisfied as we have always followed the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 implementation standards.

In addition, we took the customer on a tour of the newly built 300,000 class surgical gown production line, from the cutting room on the ground floor, the production workshop on the first floor, the partitioned protective and surgical gown line, and for the packaging workshop and the newly built warehouse. Throughout the whole process, the customer was very satisfied and gave us the thumbs up frequently, and also took the initiative to propose more cooperation, and PPE isolation gowns and protective coveralls will also be slowly transferred to our company for production.

Then we continued to lead our customers to observe our sample room and conference room.

At the end of the half-day visit, our customers were full of praise for our company. Our company is based on the principle of quality and service, whether it is the elaborate production equipment, the technical level of the workers, or the quality control, we hope to achieve the best in every aspect.
