Sample checking before sending out

One of our main quality control is that we’ll check all the details of sample before sending out.

 Once the sample ready, we’ll check the weight, measure the size of length, width. For example, when the disposable lab coat ready, we’ll check the colour, the cuffs, weigh the gsm, measure the length of coat and the sleeves, as well as the width of the body. After checking all the details, we’ll take a note with all details, then stick on the bag. After measuring, we’ll take photos of products and packing, sending to customers for reference.
