Types of Non-Woven Fabrics
There are eight main types of non-woven fabrics.
Spunlace
These types of fabrics are produced by depositing the spun filaments on a collection belt uniformly. The spun filaments are then bonded into fibers. Electrostatic charges and then separates the fibers during the web laying process. The bonding impacts both the integrity and the strength of the web process by applying hot needles or heated to fuse the textures and melt the polymer.
